Electromagnetic speed regulating motor drives turbine reducer through belt to drive the spiral tube to rotate then feed the zinc in from storage hopper.
Suitable for during the gold cyanidation process, continuously and evenly fill in zinc powder to the precious liquid in mixer. It also can be widely used in mineral processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, food industry,etc.
1.It is a newly developed machine,mainly have the advantages of:
a. Spiral feeding uniformly continuous, to solve the difficulties of traditional mechanical adding amount of zinc dosage , the problem of uneven,decreased the content of residual zinc,not only reducing the cost of production, the smelting effect is also improved;
b. Zinc powder is exposed in the air in a small area, reduction of zinc oxide in the process , improve the replacement effect.
